record solutions, hardware, network configuration, training, and support.

We are looking for ambitious
individuals who are technically savvy and understand the importance of customer
service. Helpdesk Support Specialist Enthusiastic, customer service oriented individuals are required to join our Helpdesk Support Team and provide telephone support for all computer/software related issues. We are looking for a problem-solver with strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills to develop and maintain expertise on our IT products and services. Responsibilities: · Working in a team environment · Provide expert and creative solutions to user problems and ensure user satisfaction · Provide remote support and training for medical software packages, · Resolve and respond to complex questions received via telephone calls and callbacks · Problem resolution of software, hardware, and network problems Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings and current support policies · Track and monitor the solution to insure a timely resolution · Attend training sessions offered within the group and assist in training workshops · Lead or participate in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of support · Develop and document training/troubleshooting/reference materials that support product offerings · Promote York-Systems to system users by providing high level of customer service Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum 2 year’s customer service or related experience, knowledge of or experience with supporting computer systems, software programs, operating systems, networking, good analytical and problem solving skills. This position requires superior communication skills, demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with an aptitude for learning and providing outstanding customer service. Experience or familiarity with a medical office environment is an asset.
