York-Med's Lunch & Learn sessions have been well received by our clients. Once a month a training/product specialist hosts a web cast where they address frequently asked user questions.

Each session has a main topic and the session lead will demonstrate tips, tricks, and new concepts relating to the topic of the day.

These Lunch & Learn sessions as well as being a great way to improve your level as a user are an excellent vehicle for giving your feedback and user suggestions for future updates.

The sessions are held on the last Wednesday of every month and all you need to join in is an email address, a computer, and a phone.

To participate, email mvisconti@york-med.com (Michael) at least 3 business days prior to the next session. Also, email Michael if you have any suggestions for future sessions.

The next session will cover Preventive Care Bonus Tracking and will take place Wednesday May 28th at 12:30pm.
